Lifetime Warranty
- Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
- Email care@kangana.co with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
- Self-ship the product to our official address (No.31-32, Sukhda Enclave, Hardochani Road, Gurdaspur, Punjab 143 521) and share courier details with AWB number.
- Upon receiving the product, you'll receive store credit based on the credit terms given below which will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.
- 0-6 months: 50% of invoice value
- 6-12 months: 25% of invoice value
- After 12 months: 15% of invoice value
- Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
- Third-party resizing or alterations.
- Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
- Loss of crystals or stones on the jewellery
- Not applicable on luxury handcrafted sets.
- Kangana offers a customer-friendly breakage warranty.
- In case of breakage during usage, claim 45% of the product value as Kangana cash.
- Cash is redeemable within 6 months online or offline.
